1. Security

2. Care and Recommendations

· The felt packaging that comes with the piece is ideal for storage. Storing it together with other items is not recommended.

· In the case of pieces for decorative use, we recommend that they be inserted into acrylics, glass, etc., so that they can be better protected from possible oxidation. These pieces are not accompanied by such materials, being merely a suggestion for our client.

· Oxidation is a natural reaction of metals caused mainly by pollution, air humidity and sweat (elimination of uric acid). Since the raw material is coated with metallic layers, the pieces may be subject to this reaction, which will be manifested by the presence of greenish dots or gray spots (when the pieces are made of copper). Verde will be available to carry out the appropriate deoxidation process at any time. If shipping costs are required, the amount will be borne by the company for a period of one year, counting from the date of receipt from the customer. After this period, shipping will be paid by the customer.

· Avoid contact with water; sea, swimming pool, washing dishes and clothes, taking a shower and washing your hands using the items. In case of contact, dry the parts as soon as possible.

· Avoid contact with substances such as perfume, moisturizing creams, hairspray, detergent, soap, tanning lotions, sunscreens, etc.

· Excess uric acid eliminated through sweat can also accelerate the oxidation process.

3. Warranty and Repairs

The repair will occur free of charge, at any time, as long as it covers any defects that refer to technical aspects of manufacturing, cleaning and polishing processes equally. In these cases, if there is a need to pay for shipping, the amount will be borne by the company, for one year, from the date of receipt. After one year, shipping will be borne by the customer. Damages resulting from falls, inappropriate use, accidents of any nature and contact with a chemical agent capable of causing damage to your piece are excluded. In this case, they may be repaired after we investigate the possibility with our production, upon prior approval and payment, including the shipping cost.

 

4. Exchange and Returns

We exchange parts purchased through your website within 7 days from the date of receipt. Products must be returned in the same terms and conditions in which they were sent, including packaging, original receipt and certificate. It is possible to exchange it for another piece of the same or greater value, upon payment of the difference.

 

5. Shipping

We use Correios' PAC and SEDEX shipping methods, calculated directly on the website.
